Actually This Gives Each Owner Much LeeWay as there are Players With Less than 70 Plate Appearances and 20 Games Played Costing less Than $225K ...

The Utility Position Players Year is Therefore to Fill the Remainder of the Position Player Roster And Utility Players May Have More PA/162 than the Primary if Beneficial to the Team And May Be Used as Starters ... Also I Noticed for Instance that 1989 does not have a Catcher with more than 509 PA So I Might Have a Platoon of Two Catchers With the Utility Position Player Year as the Starting Catcher

I Looked at Several Years to See What Would Be Available for the 3 OutFielders Department But at This Salary Cap it Seems Like There is an OverAbundance ... But as ejstockman asked you will be able to use an OutFielder or Any Other Position From the #7 Utility Position Players With More PA/162 Than the Primary Year
