The Rewrite History League needs one new owner for the Houston Astros in 1968. The Astros have pick 1.01 and 1.07 in the 1968 Draft. The Astros are currently in the AL in our 12 team league, but we plan on expanding with four new teams in 1969, so they may move back to the NL depending on what teams get picked. With two Top 10 picks the rebuild of the Astros is in high gear. They have guys like Nolan Ryan, Jack Billingham and others to pick from. They're in a strong position.

Basically this league is a standard progressive league but the first four rounds of each rookie draft you are only able to draft players who played for your team at some point in their career. After the first four rounds, all players are eligible to be drafted by any team.

If a player only played for the defunct teams (currently BAL, CHC, CHW, CLE, KCA, LAA, MLN, SFG, WSA) they are eligible to be drafted by everyone. Any player who is only eligible for one team is assigned either a First or Second Round Draft grade and has to be drafted by that team in that round, or they open up to everyone the next round.

After the draft is over you are free to trade players to any team that you wish.
