For those of you considering playing, some potential tips for this kind of league:
1. You can rely on relievers more than typical but the more you do so the more micromanagement your team needs.
2. Lefty pitchers are much better than they are in low cost leagues as there are far more lefty batters in the top players of all time.
3. You can put many players that didn’t fit on your main roster in the minors. For example any pinch runners you want, extra pinch hitters, depth at all positions, defensive subs at all positions. Then whenever you need something specific you just have the option to call that player up.
4. Aim for higher total IP than you would in an $80 million league. Fatigue in sim baseball is based on pitch count, not innings pitched and against much better batting games will have higher pitch counts both from more PA and batters who have high walk and high strikeouts.
