Has anyone ever tried this before? As long as both worlds are in the transfer period, can you do transfers between worlds?

Doesn't look like you can. I tried to make a bid for D Alexander Heaton but there is no Ratings tab. Therefore I can't scout him, which is necessary to negotiate.

Looks like you can only make transfer bids within worlds and not between worlds.
