This is the re-designed "Decade" Draft League with new eras instead of traditional 10 year decades. With all the new years coming out, I think it would be awesome to do 5 leagues in a 12 month period that span all the available sim years. To achieve that, I have laid out a tentative schedule that will allow us to complete these 5 leagues. Thanks to TheRebel for forcing me to take a harder look at the year distribution. I tweaked the year range for future DDL 50 - 52 to all be 14 year eras each, threw the extra year into DDL 49, and kept everything else the same.

DDL 47 will be using the years starting with 01/02 - 15/16 (15 seasons).
This will be a 10 round snake draft ABABABABAB order with 2 picks at a time in rd 9 and 10.
No Salary Cap, No Rookies, No Waivers or Free Agents.
This will be a timed draft with daily assigned draft picks with 30 minute intervals.
Round 1 will be untimed with a 24 hour limit before being skipped.

Decade Draft League - DDL # 47 - (01/02 to 15/16)

Format: Single season league, forum draft, Single Instance Exclusive Players
Forum Draft Sequence - *NEW CHANGE* Now that we have expanded the player pool, ABB does not make sense any more. So we will be using ABABABABAB....A = 1-24. B = 24-1. Rounds 9 + 10... two selections per round. 1 selection/day rounds#1- 8 and 2 selections/day rounds# 9 -10
Designated Scrubs: If you are satisfied with your roster minutes, you may elect to take up to 4 designated scrubs instead of drafting players in rd 9 and 10. Please communicate your scrub decision ASAP so that we can know if it is ok to skip someone in the draft.
The 4 designated scrubs are : SG 98-99 Ed Gray, C 89-90 Uwe Blab, PG 88-89 Craig Neal, PF 86,87 Russ Schoene

Random Division Assignment: According to Standard WIS sim basketball random alignment.

***Notice - We are going back to using designated 30 minute draft slots on the clock. Every person will be scheduled to make 1 pick per day. If you are a busy person and think you may have trouble with this, try using proxy picks. it is HIGHLY recommended to give your cell # to other owners, who can then text you to let you know you are up. If an owner is skipped, they can make up the pick as soon as they can.

It is the team owners responsibility to know if a player is available. Using the draft listing and the "Find in Page" function is quick and works well. (right hand corner, 3 dot pulldown menu)

Site mail the next 2-3 owners in the draft order after making your selection or executing a proxy.
