His team names are all restaurants on Carnival Cruise Ships.

Cucina del Capitano - An Italian restaurant featured on 11 different Carnival ships.
Emeril's Bistro - Three ships have an Emeril's Bistro, which feature Creole Cuisine from Emeril Lagasse.
Chibang! - Three ships also have Chibang!, which a fusion restaurant featuring Chinese and Mexican cuisine.
Fahrenheit 555 - Seven different ships have this restaurant, which is a steakhouse.
Guy's Burger Joint - All Carnival ships have one of these, which is a poolside venue created by Guy Fieri.

I believe his team names are all movies or TV shows featuring the late, great Catherine O'Hara. RIP Catherine.

Best In Show - If you have never seen this you should.
A Mighty Wind - Another largely unscripted movie brought to us by the same people who did Best In Show.
Beetlejuice - I'm not sure what happens here after you play this team the third time.
Schitt's Creek - The only TV show here.

World One - 1 Euro-Step at a Time
World Two - 2 Caps
World Three - Better to Have Pinckney Than
World Four - Conjunctivitis
World Five - Skyhook, Line, & Sinker

World One just makes it 1 Euro-Step at a Time instead of one step at a time. World Three and Four are combined, saying you would rather have pink knee (Ed Pinckney) than pink eye (conjunctivitis). I like World Five a lot, combining Kareem's famous skyhook shot with hook, line and sinker.
I'm not sure what 2 Caps means yet.

Update: 2 Caps refers the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, “the captain”, and Clint Capela, “the rebounder.”
