CAPB just started the World Series and we are preparing to roll.

A large majority of the league is composed of long time owners and our major Private World Rule is a SALARY CAP:

MAJOR LEAGUE MAXIMUM CONTRACT: 5 years/$75m, including signing bonus. Annual compensation (salary & bonus) cannot exceed $15MM in any one year.
It keeps things interesting.
