Pretty simple. Just pick any 25 consecutive seasons (e.g. 1889-1913, 2001-2025, etc.) and build your best $110M team using players from those 25 seasons. (To do the math, when you subtract your first season from your last season, the result should be 24.) There is no limit on the number of players you may choose from a single season, and not all of your seasons need to be represented. Seasons are not exclusive, so it's fine if more than one owner uses the same 25 season period.
No DH, trades, clones, AAA or WW. You must use a home field that was in use during at least 1 of your 25 seasons. Alignment will be chronological, so you'll play the bulk of your games against teams from similar years. This is a public league, so I can't save spots based on forum posts.
