Our MWR is the following: "Teams winning fewer than 55 games in a season will pick no higher than 10th in the ensuing Amateur Draft regardless of lottery results. If multiple teams win less than 55 games, the team that comes the closest recieves the 10th pick, 2nd closest gets the 11th pick and so on. Ties will be broken using the highest Expected Win Percentage among tied teams."
