Rules:
1. No clones, rookies, or waiver wire.
2. Each user is responsible for managing a team that remains in compliance with the league rules.
3. No draft! Make the best team you can with 15 points.
4. Select 5 players spending up to 15 points. Remaining 7 players must all be 0 points.
5. All 5 selected players must have a salary of $5M or more.
6. All 5 selected players must start every single game. Any game where they do not start will be forfeit.
7. $50M salary cap.
8. Once your team is submitted into the league, DO NOT take it out. Once you have the chance to look at other teams, your roster is final.
9. Divisions will be assigned based on the optimization tool described in the BOWIS classified thread.
10. No tanking playoff games. All "best players" must play at least half of their min/82 in every playoff game. Exceptions to be made for foul trouble or common sense reasons. Penalties will include an automatic forfeit of the next game.
11. The "Commissioner" may take control of any team refusing to comply with the league rules. A warning will be issued in the league forum and a sitemail, after which the user has 3 games to comply. All games in violation are 'losses'.
