Unfortunately we need one owner for a team that has the best RP group in the league and perhaps the best staff. Add Barry Bonds going into his 1991 season, Frank Robinson 1961, and other HOFers and this team can compete.
Currently in 2nd place their owner has disappeared from WIS. I hope it is not health related.
Our "Go the Distance..." PL is unique. It offers you a chance to own your favorite players and guys from your favorite teams often. We are entering only our 6th season and it has been competitive. We have great owners.
Our league features player from every decade, stadiums from every decade, a stadium draft every season, and a black list of players dropped that will get another chance at being on your team in future drafts. Our draft starts soon and the Stadium draft is going on right now. Also, our divisions are aligned every season as close to geographically as I can get.
Basic rules (I can add you to our forum so you can see the rules in their entirety if you wish)
Each draft has rookies from every season who are not blacklisted (on current roster or have not yet sat out 3 seasons)
Each season we draft from stadiums that have not been used in our league yet (we are also allowed to draft 6 stadiums from previous season).
You must have at least one player on your roster from every decade, 1880's-2020's, and no more than two from any one decade (this requires you to use your GM skills).
Players are only allowed to play in positions they have a rating for for that season (except for DH).
IR is unlimited if no WIS season, injuries on, no WW, vetoes take 6, no AAA usage, yes DH, $140 million dollar hard cap, trades allowed during season.
There is a double-blind seeding of the worst four league teams by record for the draft. This seeding is for 1st two rounds and virtually eliminates any chance of tanking.)
Playoff teams are bound to the last four picks in any draft.
