Season 6 of draft. Team A keeps 23 players and has draft picks in the first 2 rounds. Team B keeps 18 and has draft picks in the first seven rounds. Team A trades their first pick to Team B for Team B's pick 2 in season 7 and 3rd pick in season 8. Team A only has a 2nd round pick left for season 6. What should be done to get Team A to 25 players for seaon 6?

Depending on the rules, I would give them a 3rd round pick in Season 6.

I would do just the opposite. Give them the last pick in the draft. They've already been compensated for the #1 pick with the draft picks in the next 2 drafts. Just an opinion.

I would give them Team B's (now unneeded) 7th round pick in the current draft.

This is what I do in my leagues as well

Thanks for the input. I agree that Team A should get Team B's 7th round pick, but logic loses to stubbornness.
