Can roster 2 pitcher and 3 batters *or* 3 pitchers and 2 batters from Group E
Can not roster more than 500 innings from seasons 1901-1919 ('03 McGinnity exception)
No to clones, AAA, WW, Trade, Salary Cap
Yes to DH
Yes to combined or partial seasons
Any ballpark used by your franchise

With only 1 of the first 31 picks and 2 of the first 47 picks, it's painstaking to try and decide which of the top 4 or 5 teams to take with my first pick. I guess I'll default to gathering as many quality innings as I can.
