I always get confused by this, but if I am in the 16th spot of the draft (based on previous year's record) but 3 unsigned comp picks push me to the 19th spot in the draft, do I lose that pick by signing a type A FA or would it be my second pick as the pick would have been 16 if there were no added comp picks?
