My regressive progressive league--which I started way back in the fall of 2005--is about to enter its 99th season and we need one replacement owner for the Cleveland franchise. The league is straightforward--16 teams in 4 divisions of 4, you can keep 15 players from season to season (including IR), draft is reverse order of standings at game 120, need to win 35 in 120 to be eligible for weighted top 4 lottery.
