Why This Format Breaks the Meta:
Because base teams are restricted to these regular-season baselines, player salaries are heavily discounted. However, because you get their prime ratings, you can exploit the financial data to build a powerhouse.

For example: The 1989 Dallas Cowboys went 1-15, meaning their base roster costs almost nothing against the cap. But under our Prime Rule, you unlock absolute peak-career Troy Aikman and peak Michael Irvin while keeping that massive financial discount to build the rest of your squad!
