By the way, you've got ZERO chance of ever filling this league. Nobody is gonna take all of the ****** teams from that season.

I just fixed it to where you can play as any 1990s NBA playoff team from either 1989-90 or 1999-00, including the 1990-91 Portland Trail Blazers. i'll keep the 1990-91 Minnesota Timberwolves for myself.

no NBA Finalists allowed, including runner-ups.
