They gave us 5 dollars total.  Not 5 dollars per team we are playing.  I have 3 teams so I got $1.67/team to Beta test.  And I thought the government was screwing me.

I know i am not the most experienced coach and I am not the most successful coach, but I think that I have found a way to be successful and then my Yost team goes completely haywire.  Tell me how 1) I was up 28 points in the second half on a good team and 2) loose (2) onside kicks to give that team a chance to tie the game.  Also, note the time of some of these big plays.  5-7 seconds for a play to go over 50 yards?  Yeah thats realistic football.  Maybe HBD is the way to go on this website.

Have any other Dobie coaches noticed that the true freshmen (that did not play in an exhibition) did not show any increase at all for player ratings from practice time? Did Dobie have any practice today?

I guess I just want WIS to be consistant.  When I started playing it was "not completely realistic" and I took it for what it was, a fun game.  Now it is realistic.  Make up your minds and dont screw with us.  Thats all I ask.  That and to fix all the freakin bugs!

I don't see how it is realistic. My RBs get about 1 to 3 yards per carry and I stop my opponents to about 1 to 3 yards every play.

I was originally going to give it 2 months but I think I am going to quit my teams sooner. I don't believe midway through the season our  season should be thrown into such chaos. This could of been avoided by introducing these changes at the start of the season and by beta testing these changes before the season, but now if customers do what they say they are going to do, they are going to  leave enmasse...... What is with all the 0 and 1 yard passes and a breakaway running play is 4 yards?

Who will want to play to play a game where the results are so random.  We are all playing a game that makes no sense any more, beta testing it for them.  I may win my conference championship game tonight or I may lose it, but either way, it won't be attributable to my skill or lack thereof,  the results have nothing to do with my superior talent, or recruiting or my depth chart management,  From what I read tonight the results will likely have something to do with my players GPA, but other than that I don't know what will determine the game outcome.  Very Disappointed in WIS.

Mine showed no increase.  I have 5 true freshman players with promised starts and playing time, all started and played.  They didn't increase either.

Its nice to understand some of the reasons behind decisions about the update.  It did NOT go smoothly.  For all I know, jconte had to live and breath this project for the last year to make it happen on a tight budget (or maybe not... we don't know).  We're a pretty difficult to please customer base, we want the world for our 30 odd cents a day per team.  It wasn't that long ago that everyone was complaining about the game being ignored and not getting any updates,  well now we have a complete new game to play and learn, but everyone's focused on the negatives of the update.  I'm not worried about how the game plays now, but if it doesn't play drastically better the next time I need to get my credit card out, I'll be finding other ways to waste time.

You mean you don't want the sim to attempt a 70 yard field goal ...because that's realistic...I mean, my max long of 62 is long, but attempting a 70 yarder is pretty ridiculous...

I hope JConte understands it isn't just a little bit off, the engine isn't working at all.  Today, my #5 ranked Grove City, Hayes DIII team just barely beat the #224 ranked team in double OT.  He missed an 18 yard field goal or I could have lost.   The coach for the team I played against (Bethany) quit about 3 seasons ago so all his players except for his seniors are SIM recruits.  Talent wise his team is nowhere close to mine, as he has not logged in in months.  I have the Conference player of the year at RB and and both OL and DL are vastly better than his, yet I couldn't run the ball against him at all, and he could run against me?  So how do they develop an Engine that allows his team to EVER get within 30 points of my team?  It just makes no sense.  I should beat him 60 to 0 95 times out of 100.  On a good day for him, he should lose 56 to 10.  I believe the truth is the new Engine doesn't work, at all, and they don't know how to fix it.    I sure enjoyed the old game.  The depth chart management and "loopholes" were part of what made the game fun.   This thing needs vast improvement or I'm done.  I will miss it too.
