Ranger have you never seen a trade that benefits both teams? Pretty much all the trades I've ever done do exactly that. Every team is in a different situation, some are rebuilding some are going for it, some need pitching some need a position player... Point is a good trade makes BOTH teams feel like they are better off. Not to say that I've never felt that I had the upper hand in some trades (and the other way round too). But I make it a point to not noob rape.

Cry me a river!  If you don't like my trade, hit counter or reject.  It's that simple. 

The biggest issue people have isnt really trade rape--its noob trade rape. If two owners with 20+ seasons each make a deal and it seems lopsided to me, as long as I'm comfortable theres no collusion, Im not hitting veto. But if I feel an experienced owner is taking advantage of a brand new owner, Im vetoing.  Typical examples are trading a 26 year old with projected ratings well above their current ratings (If I have an advanced budget--but pretty much any 24-26 year old will show projections way higher than reality). Another example is a vet dealing someone with inflated overall--high health and stamina pitcher with mediocre ratings.These are bad for the world, and bad for HBD in general. I dont want an owner that will swoop on a new player like that in my world.

Greenwell is not that bad of a world (I have seen far, far worse) and it's going to be even better -- and this contract nonsense a net positive -- if and when basebalguru (SNITCHES END UP IN DITCHES) leaves.

also ranger isn't gonna dominate, I am sure my team has a couple more WS runs left in them. :)
