Magic (the player) arrived for 79-80 season, and AFAIK we're 69-70 through 78-79 (OOPS ?!) 

Magic (the movie) was released in 1978  (very creepy flick)

Jaws (the movie) was released in 1975 (theme music burned into my brain forever)

Jaws (the character) appeared in The Spy Who Loved Me in 1977.   Richard Kiel, who played Jaws, was  7'2'' -- too bad he never played pro ball
