I've told everyone on these boards a zillion times, I would have voted Kasich in a second in the last presidential election and have voted GOP for president as many times as I've voted Dem.

Not sure why that's so hard to understand.

I wish y'all could see my ballot/choices. The Republican candidates available to vote for this year in AZ are completely useless lunatics.
So are many of the Dems, but that's usually my opinion on that situation.

The result is (THIS election) for the 1st time in my 60+ years I will be voting (as will 100% of my extended family that I'm aware of---sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, etc) a completely 100% democratic ticket.

Unfortunately, this year we don't have any independents (or even Libertarians) running, just one nut-job Green Party candidate whom I can't support at all!
It's just getting worser and worser.
As more and more stupid humans become voters!

Yes, the Republicans are getting worse and worse, but at nowhere near the rate the Dems have. Voting straight-Party is a lazy cop-out. No one Party every has all the best candidates in an election. Ok, no one Party ever has all the lesser-of-two-evils candidates in an election. Parties s*ck and must go before the wishes of voters will matter to candidates.
