SteveIzzy, wait no longer. Let the pain begin.
Your '43 Indians have a few decent hitters, and a handful of solid pitchers that give you 3/4 of a rotation. The best of the hitters are corner outfielder types, and you get a nice SS in Boudreau. But you're going to need to fill the rest of that lineup somewhere, especially if you want to use 4-5 of your pitchers.
There are a lot of really bad teams to pick from here, and some of them match up really poorly with what you already have. I'm sure I'll have the pleasure of trying to use one of them soon enough. But I decided the best thing I can do to screw you is give you no one useful at all.
Enter the 1983 Seattle Mariners
This is a truly awful team. They only lost 102 games because the rest of their division sucked too. They were 14th out of 14 in the AL in AVG, OBP and SLG. Their best pitcher, Matt Young, is worse than the starters you already have. They have a handful of mediocre relievers. They have no good hitters. Best OPS on the team is .806. The only halfway decent ones are also corner outfielders who play horrible defense. The only bright spot is you have a lot of bad hitters to choose from, which I guess is nice if you like to feel a little empowered. Have fun!
