You can’t vote twice just because you have two teams.

Riftonapple the sign-up goes in the theme league classified thread. When the league fills the the draft is moved to the theme league thread.

1) use random.org to generate the draft order..post the results.
2) immediately randomize the sign-up list a 2nd time… owner 1-6 are in the Atlantic division, owners 7-12 are in the Central division, owners 13-18 are in the MidWest division and owners 19-24 are in the Pacific division. Post the results in a table titled Teams by Division. You will update this table ASAP during the draft. So at a glance owners can see who’s in their division
3) you will setup the alpha list table.
4) you will set up the draft schedule 30 mins per pick. Do not run the first round off the clock ever.
5) schedule the first round to begin in 3 days. In bold letters..”Proxy your picks to the commissioner and two owners after you if for some reason you cannot make your time slot. If you do not proxy the commissioner will make the next obvious pick for you. You can not exchange this pick once made.”Sitemail a copy to all owners. I advise you to have a waiting list just in case…
6) kick back, smoke a fatty and relax. Cuz you have 12 hard day coming. It’s a good idea to enlist some one to help you, assign them the Alpha list or Teams by Division list to keep updated.m

Ouchdamn….thank u for stepping in and I will gladly learn all I can and am willing to take over after this season. I was not prepared to take over this soon. I am doing everything via cell phone as my new personal laptop is what Santa is bringing me. Every time I try to steal my sons computer I get yelled at cause he’s got some stupid paper to write or something to do for school. As if that’s more important.

I would like to say that up until now wis has been my favorite hobby ever other than golf. What has transpired here has only temporarily dampened my enthusiasm for wis. More seriously, it has epitomized what is wrong with our society and aggrandized my concern for the future of our nation. You have 2 extremes that are polar opposites, don’t represent the majority, refuse to work together, refuse to stop attacking each other, and who are BOTH wrong— fcking it up for everybody else. Life in modern America.

The lottery wasn’t rigged and to think out loud that it was is preposterous. Some thoughts should be kept to yourself. There’s not a one of us who wouldn’t be in a mental institution if we said out loud or printed all of our thoughts. To take one little tongue in cheek remark and blow it up into WW3 and then quit when u are as much to blame for the escalation is irrational and childish. But, then to start a competing league and have your minions threaten a walkout and destruction of a league whose draft is already underway and dump everything on a rookie commissioner is almost unforgivable.

Amerk should hold off the beginning of his new theme until after this draft is complete and the season has started. If he then wants to ban me or anyone else from playing in his theme that’s up to him. If I am given the opportunity to be a commissioner of this theme going forward, a theme with a rich history of success, opinions will be welcome in the off season or when I ask for them. Other than that I will tell savoy or anyone else the same thing I tell my wife and kids as head of my household, “if I want your opinion, I will give it to u.”

I now believe that you and riftonapple have conspired together to take advantage of Amerk s fatigue and hyjack the DDL. Amerk quit during the draft this shows he was in no condition to appoint a new commissioner. I’m going to take over the league Amerk abandon and I will appoint a new commissioner, I call wis administration in the morning. SavoyBG and riftonapple you challenged the commissioner and disobey a direct order not to editorialize to vote yes or no. Riftonapple you have no qualifications to be commissioner of the DDL. I founded this league and commissioned it for at least 10 seasons successfully and I commissioned the ODL for 3 seasons. I believe that the both savoyBG and riftonapple conspired to take over DDL without any qualifications run this league. You are both ban from DDL. Get out!

I have put a vote with respect to the 50/60s era before the league. Amerk and I had discussed dropping this era when he ran it last time: This is how the DDL was built and how it works. No editorials just write yes or no

May I remind everyone that I was practically begged to join this league to help fill it out for the 2011-2020 decade, which is total ****, and I had no interest in, but joined so that I could then get on the inside track for these other great decades.

A better compromise, rather than totally cancelling the 50’s and 60’s, would be to run the 50’s/60’s and 10’s/20’s every other cycle. That way, we would do the 70’s, then the 80’s, then the 90’s, and then the 00’s twice for every time we ran the 50’s/60’s and the 10’s/20’s.

You guys are giving me a headache and I never say anything about anything. I love the era because it's something different and not just the same ole Steph and Lebron teams that any 10 year old with a TV could put together. I have my draft board ready to go, however if this crap doesn't settle down within about 24 hours I'll be pulling my team and encourage others to do the same and join amereks new league where things may not be perfect and always on time, but a hell of a lot more civil.

Riftonapple I said do not editorialize vote yes or no. You don’t understand how the DDL works and you want to run the show. If the vote indicates we keep the era we will. It’s being put to a vote because so many owner have asked that it be dropped. You refuse to comply with with how the DDL has worked for 35 seasons. Also your opinion with respect to the 2010-19 decade further proves that you do not have any idea what the DDL is about. If you don’t like how the DDL does things go start your league. We see how you do.
