Why  aren't there any good shows about office managers of small private clinics.  Or even better, a creepy guy who moonlights as a church youth services director

Today I got a bill from Illinois Tollway for $1720.  Violations from a period of two years ago to one year ago before I got an IPass, and some since then after I got my IPass.  The IPass missed tolls are supposed to be discounted but apparently that broke *** piece of **** state is so desperate money they don't give a ****.

I'm feeling entrapped here.  When you skip a toll and nothing comes from it, it's hard not to skip tolls in the future.  They sit around letting people queue this up and then assfuck you with it?  Such horseshit, I'll spend 10k in lawyer fees getting out of this before I pay a ******* penny of these fines.  And I'll skip tolls next time I'm up there.  **** you and your riggen-infested shithole, moy.

"Toll evasion is a public, strict liability and vicarious liability violation.  Therefore the following are not legal defenses or mitigating factors under Illinois law: (1) the violation notice wasn't mailed sooner, (2) the driver did not intend to miss the payment or go through an I-PASS lane; or (3) someone else was driving the vehicle."

Somebody from the barrel want to translate?  I feel like I should be able to get out of this altogether by saying that I thought you only had to pay the first toll once you get on the road.  That's actually what I've done, thinking that it would be an effective defense since nowhere does it say you have to pay every single one.  Or that you have to pay anything at all.  What, I'm supposed to just know how a ******* tollroad works?  Ignorance seems strong here...

How many games, at bats, etc does a player need to stay under to still be considered a rookie the following season?

Last that I really paid attention, I think in HBD all that matters for ROY eligibility is that they are listed with 0 ML years, which basically just means they needed to have not been on the ML roster for at least 20 days in their first season.  I know that was the case at first, don't know if they've changed it.  The MLB rules are 130 ABs for position players and 50 IP for pitchers.
