Schmitty has been a Rule V superstar of late, though he was a bit off in the last leg: .264 BA, .383 OBP, .488 SLG, 37 dingers, 111 ribeyes and 112 plates.

Thats OK. I am looking more than .220 with 17 or 18 homeruns which is what I have gotten before with mendoza Mike (even with 1981). I have had much better luck with Torre, Beltre, and ARod. I can go only go with past experience. In my mind Schmidt was the most overrated player ever next to Ryan Sandburg before I ever played a WIS game. I haven't had the luck others have had with them here to change my mind.

Of course I grew up in Minnesota worshipping Harmon Killebrew...... Who by the way has not performed here much better for me than Schmidt has....
