We're a trucking company. Failure to arrive on time is a problem. You may not only lose that one account but several accounts associated with it. Drivers sometimes think "Man, screw them. They don't care about appointment times and they're jerks anyway" without realizing that the guy unloading the truck may have no say in who delivers the freight. So, after a few attempts to explain this, the only option is to cut the offending driver loose before you're sitting around with a bunch of drivers and no work.
