can a random year be a non wis eligible season? meaning you can't use him?

cant be used if his season doesnt exist in WIS database. if he has a 1st and last season that is in baseball reference.com that is not in wis database (example lets say willie mays played his first season and had only 10 abs, he would not be in WIS database. his 2nd season he had 100, that is able to be included as a randomized year even though he didnt have 400 ABS) I hope that helps out and I answered it correctly. If you want you can sitemail me the player and I could give you years available to be randomized
