benhoidal and I have made a trade. we switch 4th rounders this year. he goes to 16, I get his 9th. next year, he gets my second round pick and I get his last pick, 6th round at worst.

question for clarification: what happens when one of your guys misses a whole season due to injury? I'm guessing you retain his rights and then pick up a 13th guy right? there's no roster restriction in this case is there?
