I’ve picked a backup with my second pick. Getting your usage settled is more important than drafting some low usage wing player who is going to start.
I know one user who consistently takes a backup with his first round pick.

If you are referring to Outlaw, he's starting at the 3 for me and playing 31 minutes. Perfect fit as my top 3 picks already had 81% usage taken up.
