the 2003 list is coming together....i found the year to be deep in good albums.......i have to rank the very best.

the Logan act is a thing to watch...it has never been prosecuted but there has never been a trump.....on the Russian scenario it is debatable but trying to get several nations to stall a united nations vote for the sole purpose of preventing Obama's vote meets all of the criteria for a violation of the Logan act in a very significant way......stay tuned..
remember that the defamation suit against trump is on the horizon...trump is trying to have it thrown out or stalled until he leaves office......it will go on because of the Bill Clinton case.....there were 15 or so other accusers....at least one would be able to testify...probably several..and he will be deposed on each of their stories........it could lead to perjury and impeachment.....

check out kallison's war against me......boy, that guy is something else......in baseball prog and hall of shame...maybe he can send me a hall of shame star.

the albums on this list are all great in my estimation and there are several bubbling unders that are quite good.

1. THE THRILLS - SO MUCH FOR THE CITY - one of my all time favorite albums
2. AMY WINEHOUSE - FRANK - gone so soon
3. THE BLACK KEYS - THICKFREAKNESS - really cool bluesy rock and roll
4. LUCINDA WILLIAMS - WORLD WITHOUT TEARS - tangy, breezy, and rolling stones sleazy.....i have it at 4 but could just as easily put it at 1.
5. MY MORNING JACKET - IT STILL MOVES - deep and jamming songs with strains of The Band......
6. THE BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB - TAKE THEM ON, ON YOUR OWN - more hyper cool bluesy rock and roll
7. PROCOL HARUM - THE WELL'S ON FIRE - a great album....sound like prime.....a new album for another generation
8. JET - GET BORN - solid throw back rock and roll a la rolling stones
9. BELLE AND SEBASTION - DEAR CATASTROPHE WAITRESS - highly melodic and poppy harmonies with interesting lyrics


some creatures from the black lagoon...any of these could be 10 - neil young...ringo starr......fountains of wayne......joe strummer........roseanne cash.....pete yorn......they are a notch below but all very fine albums.

i think some of the crazt stuff going on now over flynn is that flynn will testify that trump told him that he would tell comey to stop the investigation of flynn....and he will discuss others who were in that loop and maybe there are emails.
it seems that team trump is ready to concede the facts of obstruction because they are now arguing that it is theoretically impossible for a president to obstruct justice.

trump's decision on Jerusulam could cause expected consequences.....so unnecessary to do it...it shows he has given up on a peace process.......there might be new bengazis now........he conducts bullying as a method of foreign policy and he is showing that he was never capable of trying to be a fair broker of peace....no progress would be better then what he is doing....russia will fill the void with other countries........so what else is new....nu ?
