Matty Posada is over $30 million now. Does the person bidding him up realize they still need to sign their top 10 1st round draft pick and fill their RL? I'm in on the guy and have $38 million for prospects... two other teams that could be in are at $32 and $33 million budgets. I am not the high bidder at a 3 yr ML contract and a $30,000,001 bonus. that's ridiculous.

Only so much.... they are running on $40 mil payrolls as is and transferring budgets get slashed in half. A top 10 draft pick is no less than $3.4 mil to sign based on the previous seasons in kp.... so they would have to clear $7 mil just to sign that one player.

I'm thinking about letting them win the battle just to see how it goes for them. There will be more IFAs for me to sign with $38 mil.

They will probably be fine...  quit being a whiney ***** just because you might not get some player you wanted...  You aren't even fielding a complete ML roster.  Whoever it is deserves the guy more than you based on intelligence and effort alone.
