It's gonna help me out a lot in the next couple days (with tests here and work there, it helps to know when I need to be near a computer/send proxy lists)

Wow, well I just submitted a post, but it did not appear. Anyway, no steelers does not automatically get the HSP. The rules on page 1 confirm this. That was only the case for Round 1. It is his responsibility to send proxies if he thinks he won't be around for his pick.
