If I have read the Rules Correctly... Tommy John doesn't Pitch in 1975... So He cannot be Drafted until 1976... We need the Commish to make a Ruling on this... The Rules state you draft a 1975 player, then can have your choice between years 1975 or 1974... How is Tommy John even listed as a Draftable player Commish???

Hmmm, interesting point.  I assumed Tommy was eligible but a close reading of the rules does seem to make him ineligible. 

Hope we can get a commish ruling or a vote soon.

probably because he pitched in 1974 Kallison.

Repick--Johnny Antonelli   BTW--This sure makes me appreciate drafts where the players taken lists are kept up to date.  Rush didn't show anywhere on the front page as a taken player.

In fairness, the commish did tell everyone he would be traveling and would have trouble keeping the list up.

Life's too short and there's too much else that's more important for me to get wrapped around the axle over this.  I'm good with whatever the commish decides.
