The Canucks look like they're gonna end it in Vancouver. Good luck in game 6 boys. I'm pulling for you, in spite of my personal hatred for "Lu".

Ballard's hit on McGin was satisfying to watch.

SJ not even in the series. No depth. Heatley is a bum whether he's hurt or not. The guy is a proven playoff flop. In the same image as Jumbo Joe. Niemi is just an average goalie. He certainly is no better then Luo. Last years cup win for Niemi was the result of a better team in front of him. Not like those phonies. Kyle Wellfed doesn't hardly play a shift in a game and has the nerve to say that the Canucks are afraid to lose? Not only did we lose farily bad in game 3 we bounced back and kicked their *****.

I'm so happy to be playing these bums instead of Detroit.

Lu and the twins were FINALLY the 3 best players on the ice in the same playoff game...Congrats on making the finals boys...now go finish the job...good luck!

Thank andru. Luongo was the difference last night. I don't really know if you can totally blame him for the 2nd goal but he didn't have many choices in the short amount of time to make a decision. The great saves makes up for that anyhows.

What a goal to win the series and advance to the Cup Finals on. LOL. Even Beiksa called it a duck. Strangest goal i've seen since Kanes Cup winner last year. What can you say about Kesler? What a guy. I thought he was done when he was leaving the ice. Looking forward to the startof the Finals. I'll be rooting for the Lightning tonight so that series can continue.

GO CANUCKS GO

With that knuckleball I still can't believe Bieksa won't win the Norris.

What game were you watching?  Kesler and Luongo carried that team.  The TWINkies dove a couple of times, whined a few more, and basically left it up to Luongo to win this game.  Watch some of the "amazing" Luongo saves and you'll see the twins wandering around on the ice looking bewildered.

4 goals in 5 games..say what you will but Bieksa is showing he is a big game performer ,sure he makes some bonehead giveaways but what Norris trophy winner doesnt? they all do..I sure hope Gillis doesnt let this guy walk..it is not about the skill or the shot ..its about Heart and character..Bieksa has that ..one of a few guys on the Canucks that do..win or lose in the finals ? Juice needs to be back ..I think Gillis is smart enough to know that

Randle, I am more than happy to hand the deserving Bieksa the Conn Smythe trophy when the Canucks win the Cup, but I still don't think his regular season was good enough for a Norris. Lidstrom, Weber and Chara I think were all better during the REGULAR season, as were Hamhuis and Ehrhoff. During the playoffs however, Bieksa is probably the biggest reason the Canucks are where they are, along with Kesler, although I think Bieksa's consistent production through each series gives him the edge.

Kesler, the Sedins and Luongo have all been better than Bieksa at certain times, but Bieksa is the only Canuck that's been good to great every game.

You guys should have been rooting for the Bruins to end it last night. A friend in the Canes PR Dept sent me this:

Friday's Game 7 is the 8th in the NHL Conference final since 1994. The winning team has gone on to win the Stanley Cup in each of the previous seven times.

This year's finals will be about 4 games. They should have awarded the Stanley Cup Tuesday.

I don't really care who we play because either of those teams really scare me a whole lot. I know that's bulliten board stuff but thats's the way I feel.

I know you Canuck fans like to claim you've been through a lot of adversity, but if you feel like no team scares you now, then you obviously haven't been through enough adversity.  No Flame fan would ever claim they felt another team presented no threat, but I guess that's because of all the crap we've been through.
