I posted this before when this set of stats was first posted, and I think it needs to be pointed out almost as a disclaimer. To say that "coaches" have a certain amount of experience based on their HD resume is not accurate. Many coaches have alternate ID's, and can therefore look like a new coach with great success when they've actually learned the ropes prior to starting their new alias. I took a DIII team to the Wooden NC game last season in what was my second season with that username, but I've coached about 20 HD seasons.

It wasn't a code. It was a free season to inactive users and i believe users who had never tried hd.

Doesn't look like many of the Promo Code coaches hung around. Definite sign that something isn't working to keep new users.
Also seeing that long term users (DII and DI) dropped as well.
