MIAA will be #1 next season.......thats my prediction...
4/26/2007 1:44 PM
mich, haven't you been predicting that for 2-3 seasons?
4/26/2007 2:19 PM
he has been predicting that since our first year in the MIAA. By the way congrats on another great year for your conference. As much as we would love to take the #1 RPI spot from you guys it will be tough as long as all your coaches stay. Hopefully we can narrow the gap a little next year.

tanzetti, you guys have some tough teams in there. I checked you guys lose an avg of 3 seniors per team, we're losing 2.6. It does help keeping Simmy away and keeping some of the jerks we have, by jerks...I mean the coaches that beat me and this year that was just about everybody, lol.

yeah, you must forgive ct. he gets a bit overzeaolous sometimes. like tanzetti said, we'll do our best to inch a bit closer.

The one thing I have noticed about you guys is that everyone seems to recruit fairly well which is something I think our conference is improving. Al, it was finally nice to get a win against you guys this year because the past few years were rough for me when I matched up against Heartland teams. I got destroyed by the Mount a few years ago, and last season got taken down by Anderson and then destroyed by Blufton.

where have I posted that we will be better than heartland before this season???

just for info, next years Heartland vs. Miaa games:
Hanover vs. Rockford - a couple of conference best
Bluffon vs. Hope - part 3
Bluffon vs. Kalamazoo - should be a cakewalk for Bluffon
Anderson vs. Rockford - should go Rockford's way
Franklin vs. Calvin - go either way
Franklin vs. Rockford- could go either way
Manchester vs. Kalamazoo - couple of young squads next year
Manchester vs. Hope - Manchester wants revenge
Mt. St. Joseph vs. Hope - both are losing key seniors
Philadelphia vs. Eureka - Eureka should win this one
Defiance, Trans, Westminister, and Thomas More all avoided the MiAA this year.....hopefully someone can convince Waynesburg to pick up some Miaa games to fill his schedule.
anyhow, ten games between the conference...should be fun boys. Hope and Rockford looks like they want to join Heartland ;p

How soon they forget.....Upstate is the only team to be 1st in RPI other than Heartland in a long, long time. I'm sure the Heartlanders know who their real competition is.

Looking down the conference list, my eyes started to fatigue before I could get to Upstate Conference.
