Bad idea that's been explained over and over again.

Buying three seasons doesn't mean an owner will be active for three seasons. The better leagues would much rather have an active one and done than an absentee owner for three seasons.

then the better leagues can get better people and stay private. once a league goes public it doesnt get a chose and can get absentee owners anyway. those can be replaced by others looking for a free team which at that point it would be or having ai run things would be better than what some of them did to their teams anyway

I'm not offering any.

Owners need to make good decisions on what worlds to join. Then they need to police the world to make sure it doesn't become a have/have not world. Other than that, nothing needs to be done.
