Not sure what the rush is to pick team, we are still short several players anyway.

For future reference maybe we should take 32 guys and give them all 2 teams with a serpentine draft style and have the tourney that way?? Just an idea.

We should not be skipping anyone until/unless szczubelek says we should.

As kneeneighbor points out, we still need more owners. Szczubelek has run many quality leagues, and if we get to a point where the draft needs to go on a clock because we are full and waiting for team selections, he will do that. Until the league founder announces a draft clock, nobody should be skipped.
