Bilfert, can I get a quick drafting rule clarification. Am I able to draft after the person before me drafts, or do I need to wait for my time slot, in the event that somebody earlier in the day misses their timeslot? For example, if the person at 6 pm Eastern (#16) misses his slot, can number # 18 draft after #17, even if #17 drafts at 6:31 pm, or does #18 have to wait until his time slot at 7 pm?
