The GOP should amend existing rules to guarantee that President Donald Trump becomes the presumptive party nominee in 2020, Republican National Committeeman for the Virgin Islands Jevon O.A. Williams said in an email sent to other RNC members, The Daily Caller reported on Wednesday.

Williams said the RNC needs to change “loopholes in the re-nomination campaign” at their winter meeting this month so that no Republican could run against Trump in the 2020 presidential campaign.

It also reminds me that much of Trump's supposed political achievements would not have been possible without a changing of the rules (rules that others followed) and that is likely how he operated as a businessman as well (by amending, reneging or ignoring contractual obligations)
