We are about to leave Helsinki, Finland...Weather is great...80ish...

Moving forward, our time is 7 hours ahead of WIS, so our pick time b/c problematic...The 1:00 slot is 8:00 here, and we're dining/dancing/whatever...The 4:00 slot is 11:00, and we're long asleep...So, gonna need some proxy help, and don't want to burden Tulsa too much...Any help mucho appreciated...
