Fooliani lost his defamation case in Georgia after the Nudge ruled that he defaulted.
Ms Ruby and Ms Ross now go to damages - compensatory and Punitive.

He is going to be in Alex Jones land.
My prediction - because of the venue and the horror of what they suffered and maga hatred my magic hateball says 100 million each.
I will bet my life that he will get hit with no less then 25 million each and I will bet LNF ‘s life that it is at least 50 million each.

The NY civil fraud case brought by Letitia James is going to start early October.
Reporting is that Trump would inflate his worth by billions. He may not have even been a billionaire when he ran in 2016.

NY is seeking a quarter pounder - 250 million at least.
Be there. It is going to be wild.

I wish I could be in the audience rows for some of these trials. I used to go to Mafia trials and I would sit with them.
Once I sat next to a giant hulking guy ( obviously an enforcer ) and he was wearing shoes that looked like Herman Munster shoes and I kid you not!!!
I had taken the seat of the son of the main defendant and I refused to give up my seat. Everyone scrunched over to make room.

This NY case could really embarrass Don Trump and his crime family. And he can’t speak / in a way he will be damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t .

The hit that he and his company and family could take could be astronomical.

His fans might see him in a different light if their Superman is a lot lot less rich then they thought.

There is a reasonable chance that more criminal indictments in different states are on the horizon as well as civil cases.
For example he is in a pyramid scheme civil case that very few people know about.

One day law schools all across the country will have 2 part courses dedicated to Trump’s criminal and civil cases and constitutional law courses based on issues raised by his bullshiit.

He will fade away no less then the Johnny Rotten.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the majority of people in this country support a presidential candidate based on match dot com type of reasons.

Obviously the dumbest and most dangerous people in the country are republicans but there is plenty of dumb on the other side as well.

Way way way too many dem voters vote against the Republican - good - but don’t vote for the dem and have no idea about accomplishments. Bad.

It is a country of dumb and way way dumber.

Here is indisputable proof of how brain damaged stupid the proud goys are.
They were all offered plea deals of better then half of the sentences they got. For example the guy who got 22 could have had 9 and so on. All of the offers were about 40% of the time that they got and everyone knew they would get steep sentences.

They all rejected the offers.

Now try to follow this. I understand that they are banking on Trump pardons and I understand that they are convinced he will win.
Then why not take the deals Just in case he loses.
If he wins he pardons the 22 year sentence or the 9 year sentence

How kindergarten stupid head in each others ***** could these people be. They are a disgrace to stupid.
And their lawyers - from the law firm of Brain Dead Ltd.

OK, almost every time there is a bust, the cops seized automatic weapons. Can you understand that the thugs and criminals can ALWAYS get their hands on Uzzzis, Glocks, AK 47's and etc. Understand that those guys do not give a $hit about gun laws? We have even seen them busted for possession of grenades.

You cannot carry a handgun in Canada. So yes. there are few 'civilian non thug' shootings. Problem is, if someone kicks your front door in at 2 am and you shoot the guy (say you have a 12 gauge) the law charges YOU. Burglars are back on the street before the cop who busted them is even off shift. I don't like our laws. Our legal system protects the criminal, not the victim.. it totally sucks. 50 years ago, this was not so... but we have had liberal Fed Gov't for 55 of the last 65 years

yes, I understand that criminals don't care about laws.,,,they are criminals. That is one of the things I constantly point out about gun control. Don't you understand that if the tougher gun laws save even 1 person, they are helping??

The Georgia cases will be televised.
The cases of Cheesboro and Sydney Powell are scheduled for October 23.
Perhaps after are over and they are presumably convicted there will be a rush for plea deals and some cooperation deals.

The 2 next month will have lots ad lots and lots of witnesses. The other 17 will see most of the case.
