So far I'm glad I did it. Although early, I am enjoying div III recruiting more then I thought I would. That said, I don't think my class will be any good at all so I can't wait till I move up next season.

Anyone think it might be a better idea to do 2 years at DIII, makes a couple NT's, and then hopefully get a better DII job? Or am I just off my rocker?

yeah but if everyone is staying in D2 then there will not be a better D2 job to get.

I grabbed Linfield in Northwest (DIII). 11 of 12 live players. I'll try to get some of them to switch to Div II when I do after this season.

Spent so long deciding whether I wanted to jump in or not that I completely missed the signup deadline. So I'm out for this season, but have already reserved Benedict under by kidwonder ID for next season. So I guess I'll see you all there in six weeks or so.

If anyone is looking to still get in next season, but don't want to start out at div III I found an old Rupp FreeHD name I had. Of course, you'd want to ask CS to change the account name for it as its named "belowjawb"


If anyone wants it you can have it. It should be qualifed to any div II job next season, although its 10-17 record isn't going to beat out many other coaches trying to move to the same job.
