I can give my feedback since I was the one that says this team had 130+ and 7 game winners in that post.
At the start of the season, my first year there, I stated that as owners the only way to fix things were to stop trading with him and start vetoing everything. He would trade his high salaried players every year for young prospects. No one ever stepped up to stop it. The league needed to force him to have to cut his best players lose due to salary caps. A few strong owners agreed but few took action.
I did some digging on his trade history. I really do not see a history that would CONVINCE me he was trading to himself. At least not past the first few seasons. Where his tanking and questionable trades built him an incredible stable of talent. The last few years he gave newer owners solid offers for those young studs, thus flipping his salary.
It is really the owners fault. When the one team was not winning, I got limited help in trying to find a new owner. I am not the commish and did not have the time. Support said the would replace if we found someone. I did find an owner but support shot down that prospective owner because something seemed odd. Implying it seemed like an alias. By then I really did not care about the league any more.
Now I will say about 4-5 owners who badly wanted to be in a good league jumped and joined "The Show II". Those guys seem to really care.
It was just a bad league. Owners that would not stand up to the questionable owners and tons of hate with little true proof of who was cheating and win. Although I really believe there was some going on.
