Pick Six 1954-1975 draft Topic

Have always wanted to visit PEI---one of these days, seriously.  Soon as I finish rereading King James version of Bible (needed something worthwhile to fill in time lapses.........).

I just picked Koufax for the next ten rounds so you might need to go to the bookstore... I've got a good feeling about round #17.

some guys savor their draft experience...others just try to rush right through it....

I think it's not fair to trade after the draft, the whole idea to me is that when i'm drafting im drafting for postions NOT 2 or 3 second baseman and then trade them away for what i need. I don't draft or play like that.

In this type of league/draft I think the person who drafts 3 2B is going to have a hard time finding takers.

Although sometimes a person drafts 3 2B(in one round) and only expects to get one of them - a risky proposition - and then they get stuck with 3.

The original forum ad for this league said trades are fine.  So, I think it is perfectly fair for someone to trade players.  And if they drafted with that strategy and it works out, then more power to them.

Yes, landed a Sisler in the 10th round!

Wait, this league doesn't stretch back to the 1920's? Fine, I'll take the son instead of the father.
