This happens a lot in draft leagues, so I suppose we need a rule for it. It is up to the picker to make sure that the draft choice is valid. As soon as someone points out (please site mail and post) that the pick is invalid, the picker has thirty minutes to correct the mistake. After thirty minutes the draft continues and it will be up to the person who made the mistake to correct it as soon as possible.

If the next person or people are drafting in a different salary range they are free to continue picking, thirty minutes or not.

I try to keep things updated, and we also have chewy's draft board to keep track of things, so please be diligent when making your picks.
