I don't know what you're asking.
I want a guy who can give me 70 pitches every 5th day. That's a combo of durability, stamina, control and effectiveness. I don't dismiss guys with control in the 40s if they can do that. I like splits to be 60+ but, if a guy has a couple of really effective pitches, I'll dip into the 50s. Not fond of <50 splits from either side. Then I look at pitches. I'd like two pitches, added together, to exceed 145. The lower rated pitch has to be 60+. I don't like 3 pitch SP regardless of the numbers but I will use one occassional. Velocity and GB/FB are nothing more than tie-breakers for me. Although single digit GB/FB is largely avoided unless the pitcher is an ace everywhere else.
