No worries, Smokey. I'm cool with it. To be fair though, I wasn't talking about stopping the draft. I was saying that, in my small experience with drafts, if someone missed a pick, we pressed on, but people make their picks at their allotted times until all previous picks have been made. I'm not saying that's what I want, it's just the only way I'd seen so far. That's why when I initially brought it up I asked for correction if I was mistaken about how this league handles it. Was trying to question what the rule is, not questioning the viability of the rule itself. Thanks, man.

I was all excited for 30 seconds when Kyle Lowry was NOT on the alpha list. Then I checked the draft and see he was picked 41st by sam. So instead, I'll go with

...and that's the reason we keep 2 listing. Thx..I'll correct the oversight shortly.

The reason for trying to be a little ahead of the clock is so when it's your turn and you realize your draft list has been decimated you have some extra time to make a search and view a few prospective players and make a good selection. When we're up against the clock you end up taking the first barely acceptible player. Later thinking OMG what have i done to my team...!!! That and I'm an acehole.... : ]

We do not stop the draft or wait on missed picks...even at the end of the round. This has been the rule in the DDL for 20 seasons, even when it's the commish, we bury 'em. Not open to debate....ever.
