ESIEV2507 kind of looks like he bailed on us
I think at least two of his picks can be skipped as of today
But he is soooo far behind that it is confusing where u can skip over him. Plus what do we do with his team if he bails? His team would most likely be a weak team in one of the divisions he was supposed to be in and possibly hurt someone's chances at a wild card. He could have reached out with a list and asked others to pick his team
In terms of being on the clock we are on Round 7, so whoever has the Cubs in Round 7 can make their pick since he missed his Round 6 Cubs pick. When Round 8 starts this afternoon the A's pick can be made. When each missing round is passed the next owner can make their pick, but the person after that has to wait until their round is on the clock. Basically, when you round is up on the clock you can make your pick.
The rest is a Catch-22. If the Commissioner tries to find a replacement owner, the longer it takes, the farther behind the team falls. If the Commissioner authorizes somebody to make the picks (or does the picks himself) that probably makes it more difficult to get a replacement owner. Unless somebody else decides to pick up a second team. Hopefully this gets resolved sooner rather than later.
