This guy is asking for $5.8m to sign. I'd have to transfer another $2m into prospect budget to sign him, or I can just take the #8 pick in next year's draft... What's the consensus on this guy's value? 18 years old, R/R,

Good but not great for #8.  That being said, I always try to sign the guys.  I'd do it.
